With the strategic alliances with international bank service provider, xTWO provides the reliable online transactions to the buyers and suppliers in real time.
The payment issued by the buyer will be transferred to a Trusty Account at an international bank first and then to the account of the supplier after the order confirmation or on arrival of goods ordered.
In case of any missing confirmation, the deposit payment (including the complete freight costs involved) issued by the buyer always get the full safety in the Trusty Account and could be paid back to the buyer side without any losses on the request of the buyer.
The whole payment transfer process is automatically levered by the order status and delivery status.
Once any order is confirmed by the supplier, the deposit payment for the goods to be ordered is issued by the buyer to the Trusty Account and then to the account of the supplier.
Once the goods ordered arrive in the specific destination, the rest payment for the goods ordered is issued by the buyer to the same account first and then transferred to the account of the suppler while the freight costs are paid to the account of logistics service provider.
